Club Strategic
Goals 2006-08
The board of directors has embarked on a project to provide the club with strategic planning goals to provide continuity and focus as the club moves from one Rotary year to another. Each year the goals will be reviewed and an on-going three-year plan will emerge.

Board member David Yeghiaian facilitated the development of the goals under the leadership of club president Diane Dappern in October 2006.

1. Expand membership

We will provide the necessary tools to attract new members, retain current members, and develop cultural diversity within the organization

2. Re-focus programs

We will develop a process to continually identify and implement service projects to meet the needs of our communities.

3. Develop a strong community image

We will develop and implement a branding and public relations strategy to optimize our opportunities within the community and help achieve our strategic goals.

4. Educate members

We will provide knowledge to educate members to become more effective, encouraging more active participation and success.
