A dozen oustanding high school seniors received the 1999 Rotary Youth Leadership Awards on May 10. The students, representing six Green Bay high schools, also each received a Green Bay Rotary scholarship. Rotarians Julian La Mue and Chuck Rademacher coordinated the annual event.
